Aftercare
Pray Funeral Home believes that providing help after the funeral services is as important as the help provided during the time of the funeral services. We have developed a partnership with Maximum Living Consultants to provide a Quality Bereavement Aftercare program. Maximum Living is qualified group of trained grief counselors headed by Dr. John D. Canine.
Our family believes in serving a family at any time of the day or night, no matter where you might be located. That is why we have helped develop Online Aftercare and Counseling. This area assists you right now with:

We also offer a number of services at our Funeral Home Facility here in Charlotte
Counseling Sessions
Our counselor Lori Poyer is available for personal counseling. This on-going service is available to those families served by the Pray Funeral Home. If you feel you or any family needs to meet with Lori, all you need to do is to call us and we will have Lori contact you to set up an appointment.
Support Group.
Our counselor Lori Poyer also leads a monthly support group on the fourth Monday evening of each month. This helpful time is open for all members of the community to gain support and strength in an open and comforting environment.
Our Quarterly newsletter, published by Maximum Living Consultants is sent to the families we serve. This helpful newsletter addresses a number of issues that a family faces during their time of bereavement. Past issues of the newsletters are also available on the Maximum Living Consultants site.
