Debra Kaye Stevens-Ferguson, a caring and fun loving, wife, mother, and friend, died Monday, May 2, 2022. Debra, 67, of Charlotte, MI, was born February 26, 1955, in Charlotte, MI, the daughter of Walter and Lillian (Klont) Peterson. Upon graduating from high school Debra began working for General Motors where she was a line worker until her recent retirement. On May 24, 2003, Debra married William Ferguson and together they created their lasting legacy. Many will remember Debra for being a woman who was always willing to help out anyone in need. Debra and William had a strong passion for Harley Davidsons and could be found at different events around the state. She also enjoyed spending time working in her flower beds, sewing, crotcheting and knitting. Debra is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, William; children, Carolene Brandon, Mary Anne Jones, Johnathan Stevens; 4 grandchildren, Chase, Scott, Dakota, and Tea; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Candace Hampton.
